1GSa/s Real-Time Sacollin拉伸實驗機mpling allows measure high frequency signals accurately. A higher sampling rate helps to acquire more waveform data in a short period of time. By acquiring data from repetitive waveform cycles, ET Sampling Technology accurately reconstructs the waveforms at a resolution of up to 40ps.
